Situated in the Highbridge community of the Bronx, the Latino Pastoral Action Center is a holistic faith based organization founded by Bishop Raymond Rivera. In more than 25 years LPAC has served others through its five charter schools, afterschool centers, basketball programs, Sanctuary Church and many other outreach programs.
